Intermission seeks a highly motivated and innovative manager, passionate about improving the life skills and opportunities of vulnerable young people through theatre and drama, to be its Outreach Manager.

The post holder will maintain and develop creative programmes that engage with young people in schools, pupil referral units and young offenders’ institutions, in accessible and culturally relevant ways.

Intermission has a big vision and is looking for someone who matches the ambition and passion of its current team, to bring about change in young peoples’ lives.

Our friends at The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) have chosen us to be their London based theatre for their exciting Associate Schools Programme (ASP). The ASP is the RSC’s long-term partnership programme with schools, communities and theatres across England, helping teachers and young people experience, engage with and take ownership of the work of Shakespeare.
